- IS THIS DOORMAT PERSONALIZED WITH MY BOAT NAME AND LOCATION IN A NAUTICAL COMPASS DESIGN? YES — PRODUCED TO ORDER WITH YOUR SPECIFIC BOAT NAME AND LOCATION. Enter your boat name and location at checkout and select your preferred background color. Your mat is produced with your exact boat name and location printed alongside the nautical compass rose design and Welcome Aboard text. Each mat is made individually to order — not a sample boat name, not a placeholder location — your actual vessel details printed and shipped to your address ready for display on your boat or at your home.
- WILL THE NAUTICAL COMPASS PRINT AND BOAT NAME HOLD UP THROUGH MARINE ENVIRONMENT AND OUTDOOR CONDITIONS? YES. Constructed with heat-resistant non-woven fabric top and non-slip rubber backing. The nautical design print maintains color and detail through foot traffic, moisture exposure, sun, and seasonal weather changes. The rubber backing grips wood deck, tile, concrete, and marine-grade surfaces and stays in position under regular foot traffic. Suitable for boat entrances, boat decks, dock entries, home entryways, and outdoor areas in marine environments.
- WHAT SIZE AND COLOR OPTIONS FIT MY BOAT ENTRANCE OR HOME ENTRYWAY FOR THIS NAUTICAL COMPASS DOORMAT? TWO SIZES AND MULTIPLE COLORS ARE AVAILABLE. The 23.6"x15.7" fits standard boat cabin entries, home front doors, and smaller dock entrances. The 30"x18" fits wider boat deck entries, home porches, and double door entryways. Background color options include navy blue, black, burgundy, hunter green, teal, and additional colors shown in listing images. Both sizes are 5mm thick and lay flat from first use on deck, tile, and concrete surfaces.
- WHY IS A PERSONALIZED NAUTICAL COMPASS DOORMAT A CONSIDERED GIFT FOR A BOAT OWNER? IT DISPLAYS THE VESSEL'S ACTUAL NAME AND LOCATION IN A NAUTICAL FORMAT THAT IS SPECIFIC TO THAT BOAT AND NO OTHER. A mat printed with a specific boat name and location alongside a nautical compass rose and Welcome Aboard design is an item that belongs to one vessel and one owner. It is a functional entrance item with a personal nautical element — appropriate for boat owners, sailors, nautical enthusiasts, housewarmings, and occasions where a personalized nautical home or boat item would be valued.
- CAN THIS NAUTICAL WELCOME ABOARD MAT BE USED ON A BOAT DECK OUTDOORS AND HOW IS IT CLEANED? YES TO BOAT DECK AND OUTDOOR USE. Suitable for boat cabin entries, boat decks, dock entrances, home porches, patios, garage entries, and indoor entryways across all seasons and weather conditions. To clean: shake off loose debris and wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow to air dry fully. Machine washing is not recommended as it affects both print quality and rubber backing performance over time. The rubber backing stays in position on wood decking, tile, and concrete under regular foot traffic.
